A South Indian-style chutney powder with a nutritious twist. Made from White Sesame Seeds (Til) are extremely high in Calcium, Sunflower seeds, Toor dal and Amla. It is low on spice suitable for kids, and free from MSG & Maltodextrin.

Just mix 1-2 Tsp with a bit of sesame oil or ghee and enjoy as a dip with idli or dosa — or stir into hot rice with ghee for a wholesome meal..

Combined with Sunflower Seeds and Toor Dal, this blend also delivers protein, good fats & fibre, known to support growth and immunity.

A touch of Amla and simple spices like Pepper and Jeera are known to help the body assimilate and absorb these nutrients better

How to use?
Add 1 tsp of sesame oil or hot melted ghee to Early Foods Chutney Powder, mix well to make an instant chutney and enjoy with idli or dosa as a dip.

Sprinkle the chutney powder directly on dosas or idlis to make a podi dosa or podi idli.
Too lazy to make a side dish for your roti? Enjoy the chutney powder with roti or paratha.

You can even add the powder to your atta at the time of kneading the dough.

Add 2-3 tsp of chutney powder and 1-2 tsp of ghee to hot rice, mix well, and roll into mini rice balls
