Whole Wheat Flour 66%, Jaggery 12.95%, Cold-Pressed Groundnut Oil 10%, Dry fruits & seeds 7% (Sunflower Seeds 3%, Cashew 2%, Almonds 2%,), Yeast 2.5%, Rock Salt 1%, Cardamom 0.5%, Ajwain/Carom Seeds 0.04%, Turmeric 0.01% and nothing else.
